Refund Policy

We want you to feel supported and confident in your journey with Fourth Phase Nutrition. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in our program or purchasing any of our digital services.

 

1. Digital Products & Programs

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to content (such as meal ideas, educational materials, and private group support), all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Downloadable guides or meal plans

  • Access to members-only areas or communities

  • Any program-related content delivered via email, Wix platform, or online dashboard

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction that is not related to technical or content delivery issues on our part.

 

2. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • You were accidentally charged more than once

  • You never received access to the program due to a technical error and contacted us within 7 days of purchase

To request a refund under these circumstances, please email us at fp.nutrition@outlook.com with your full name, purchase details, and reason for your request. Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

 

3. Subscription-Based Programs (If Applicable)

If your program involves recurring payments (e.g., monthly membership):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future billing.

  • Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund of past payments.

  • Access to the program will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
